Technical Service Manager – Wood Coatings & Customer Applications

We are now looking for a Technical Service Manager – Wood Coatings & Customer Applications to join our Products & Services team and help us deliver excellent technical support to customers and flagship projects. This is a key role for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer collaboration and hands-on problem solving in the field.
In this role, you will support the successful use of Treet’s solutions in customer trials and projects, act as a technical expert for our portfolio, and help ensure our products perform reliably in demanding real-life applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support during customer trials and projects all over the world
- Support customers in the use of Treet products
- Participate in product testing and application work and act as technical expert for our product portfolio
- Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer experience to our customers globally
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with spray application methods; experience with wood coatings is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong customer service mindset
- Practical problem-solving approach
- Willingness to travel
- Comfortable working in English; Finnish is a plus.
