Requirements
- Solid experience building and shipping products end-to-end.
- Strong skills in modern frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend development (Python/Node.js).
- Solid understanding of software design principles and writing scalable, performant code.

About the role We’re looking for Software Engineers to help shape the future of hiring. You’ll work across our stack to build products that make hiring fair, predictive, and delightful — for everyone. As a Software Engineer at Alva Labs, you'll have a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize hiring. This hybrid role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. What You'll Work On Design, build, and maintain features across the stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Take ownership of features end-to-end, from technical design to implementation, deployment, and iteration. Collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, ML engineers, and product managers to turn ideas into intuitive experiences. Drive projects through the full lifecycle: planning, shipping, learning, and improving.
