We are looking for a
SERVICE COORDINATOR TRAINEE – DIGITAL & AUTOMATION
to join our Customer Services team in Digital & Automation business line in Finland. If you are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the medical technology field, this role is just for you! This trainee role offers a great opportunity to learn about service coordination in a supportive and knowledgeable team. You will gain insights into the medical technology industry while developing essential professional skills.
We offer a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours/week, and during the summer months, full-time work is expected to ensure coverage during colleagues’ holidays.
Our office is currently located in Helsinki city center with modern facilities. Siemens Healthineers Way of Working also includes flexible possibilities to work remotely from home.
As a Service Coordinator Trainee, you will support our team in:
Processing customer requests by phone, email and through tickets
Communicating with customers and keeping them updated on service-related matters
Providing 1st level technical, application and administrative user support
Planning and dispatching various field service support activities
Scheduling and coordinating planned services
Supporting the assigned field service team by making sure the needed spare parts are delivered to the correct sites on time
The role is also in close collaboration with the Customer Care Center which interacts with all departments and functions, offering you the chance to expand your knowledge with different teams and their activities at Siemens Healthineers.
