IDEATE In your role, you’ll drive and enable greater ambition, differentiated content, credible brand attribution, and growth across Red Bull Gaming channels to increase engagement and viewership. One of your key responsibilities will be to identify and develop new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities player projects, content projects, events, etc. PLANNING & EXECUTION You’ll develop and execute a content calendar aligned with major gaming events, tentpole initiatives, and new game launches tied to our partnerships, while planning and overseeing content from initial concept through to final delivery. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT You will be responsible for elevating the quality of our work in social media to increase earned impact across our channels by consistently delivering highly engaging content achieving community satisfaction.

3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, including scheduling and posting, content creation, briefing, and campaign management within gaming and esports University degree (Bachelor or Master) with focus on media or digital marketing or equivalent work experience Fluent in English Expertise in producing and delivering short- and long-form content video content as well as copy writing across TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch Experience in community management, focused on building, engaging and growing communities Deep understanding of gaming culture and digital trends, with strong storytelling and trend identification skills Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies, execute projects, and optimize content initiatives Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, managing creators, talent, and partners, with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and high-quality delivery

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
