Responsibilities
- Set and drive the strategic agenda
- Lead the management team in developing strategy, business plans, and budgets
- Define and execute the commercial strategy together with the sales team to drive market share and sustainable, profitable growth
- Establish clear customer segmentation and channel strategies – defining where to play and how to win
- Leverage market and customer insights to ensure a competitive and attractive product offering
- Generate business and drive commercialization
- Ensure effective sales processes and ways of working (e.g., lead management, best practice sharing, and performance follow-up)
- Approve targets for sales representatives, segments, and key customers aligned with budget
- Proactively identify business opportunities within target segments and ensure marketing efforts are prioritize
