What does the role involve?

As a Sales Representative at Tingstad, your main focus will be on new customer acquisition in the Helsinki region. You will plan and structure your own work, spending a large part of your time meeting customers within the restaurant and/or hotel segment. The role is about identifying needs, building relationships and developing business from the ground up.

Your responsibilities include:

proactively reaching out to new customers through outbound sales, both by phone and in-person visits

developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers

managing the full sales process – from first contact to closing and follow-up

working in a structured and consistent way with your sales activities

contributing to Tingstad’s continued growth in the Finnish market

This is a results-driven role with clear targets linked to sales and growth. You will have a high degree of autonomy in how you organise your work, combined with clear expectations on driving business forward and delivering results.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you have experience in sales and are comfortable reaching out to new customers. Ideally, you have worked in a proactive sales role where you have managed the full sales cy
