We are now looking for an Operations Development Manager to join our Group Supply Chain team to support fleet management and related investments. The role is primarily based at our headquarters in Vantaa, but other Nordic locations may be considered for the right candidate.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, investments and development - with a clear emphasis on making complex topics structured, actionable, and decision-ready.
As an Operations Development Manager, you will play a central role in developing and improving how we plan, operate, and coordinate our fleet-based business across countries, working across S&OP, tools, and ways of working. In addition, you will contribute to developing our fleet investment processes, focusing on operational decision-making - not financial structuring.
