About this role

Manager, Revenue Operations Strategy is a pivotal role, ensuring the efficiency and alignment of our GTM processes, systems, and data across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is a combination of hands-on technical execution, people management, and strategic partnership with mid-level GTM leadership.

What you will be doing:

1. Team Leadership & Development

Manage, coach, and mentor the RevOps Analysts, conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and professional development planning.

Delegate and manage the team workload, prioritising incoming requests, projects, and daily administrative tasks to ensure timely and effective delivery against business objectives.

Build a culture of data integrity, process adherence, and continuous improvement within the RevOps team.

2. Cross-Functional Alignment & Project Management

Serve as the RevOps point of contact for mid-level managers in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Lead complex, cross-functional projects (e.g., territory planning, sales compensation design, new product launches) from scope definition through implementation and post-launch analysis.

3. Data, Reporting, and Forecasting

Oversee the data governance framework to ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all revenue systems.

Build the annual revenue model using available resources to ensure the accuracy of the model.

Work with leadership to develop and maintain standardized, executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and GTM performance.

Contribute to the weekly and quarterly revenue forecasting process by providing data-backed analysis and flagging potential risks or opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related analytical/systems role, including at least 1 year of team lead or senior-level project leadership experience.

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Admin Certification highly desirable) and deep experience managing a GTM tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Tableau, etc.).

Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to translate complex data sets and business requirements into clear process designs, reports, and dashboards.

Leadership: Demonstrated experience coaching junior team members and managing their workload and performance.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and business implications to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
