About this role

Responsibilities

• As Lead Supply Chain Planning (all genders), you will oversee international supply planning and purchasing processes for ingredients supplied via a 3rd party Hub to our European and UK markets across all temperature zones. You will play a key role in ensuring cost efficiency, mitigating risks, and maintaining optimal stock availability. Your responsibilities will focus on operational execution, proactive risk management, and alignment of supply with demand, helping HelloFresh deliver excellent service through data-driven decisions.

• What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end international supply planning and risk mitigation, proactively handling disruptions, balancing supply flows, and ensuring reliable inventory availability across markets.
• Act as the main interface between business demand and logistics partners, translating requirements into actionable plans and ensuring alignment on cost, service, and capacity across markets.
• Ensure strong data and planning discipline, maintaining accurate, consistent, and usable forecasts, tools, and reporting for daily and weekly decision-making.
• Optimize supplier and 3PW partner performance through monitoring, problem-solving, and operational coordination.
• Support category spend management and help achieve savings and efficiency targets through execution-focused planning.
• What you’ll bring
• Extensive experience in supply chain roles, including planning, logistics, and multi-market coordination.
• Strong expertise in supply planning and Procure-to-Pay processes, including forecasting, demand alignment, and execution tracking.
• Experience working with external logistics partners, including coordination, performance management, and practical problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to manage complex operational tasks and ensure alignment across teams and markets.
