About the position
Perido is currently seeking a proactive and self-driven Project Coordinator to support our client’s Service Operations organisation. Our client is a giant in the automotive industry. In this role, you will act as a central coordination point, ensuring progress across programmes and daily operations while maintaining strong focus on execution, risk management, and follow-through.
You will work independently, anticipating challenges, identifying risks early, and ensuring actions are tracked, escalated, and resolved. By creating structure and transparency, you will help keep initiatives aligned, on track, and moving forward. The position is primarily on-site in Södertälje, with some flexibility for remote work.
Your daily tasks
Programme Coordination & Execution
Coordinate activities across programmes and initiatives, ensuring clear ownership and timely follow-up
Track actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution and escalation when needed
Maintain programme trackers, milestones, and governance artefacts
Ensure decisions are documented and commitments are delivered
Risk & Reporting
Identify risks and delays early and ensure proactive mitigation
Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders and leadership
Consolidate information from multiple sources to support decision-making
Operational & Administrative Support
Maintain structured documentation, shared resources, and collaboration tools
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
Support selected programme activities hands-on when needed
Assist with basic budget follow-up and procurement processes
Collaboration & Follow-up
Participate in working groups to ensure structure, clarity, and progress
Drive accountability by actively following up on actions and challenging delays
Enable alignment and transparency across teams and stakeholders
