In your role you act as a project leader in the bid process, ensuring bids are structured, compliant, and competitive to secure new business opportunities and making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.</span></p><p><span><strong>ROLE SPECIFICS:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and coordinate the entire bid process from start to finish.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure structure, timelines, quality, and that all inputs and reviews are completed on time.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the main facilitator across departments and stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with product management, legal, service, finance, and quality teams to conduct feasibility checks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze client requirements and tailor proposals to highlight our value.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate kick-offs, follow-ups, and handovers to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor industry trends, tenders and competitor activities to support bid strategy.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:left;"><span>Lead cross-functional projects in strategic and complex bids, driving excellence in execution. <br></span><br><span>At Kempower we work hybrid. In this position you can be based anywhere in Europe with hybrid/remote flexibility. Close to one of our offices e.g. in Paris, Benelux, London, Düsseldorf, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Barcelona is beneficial.</span></p></li></ul><div><div><p><span><strong>WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent work experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience in Bid management, project management or equivalent in the B2B market e.g., utilities, renewables, logistics, transport or automotive industries.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid understanding of bid and tender processes, public and private.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of procurement regulations (EU directives &amp; national frameworks).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to identify compliance requirements and risk flags (legal, quality, finance, service, etc.).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good grasp of finance basics and business case evaluation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, or similar.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong project management and organizational skills, managing multiple deadlines, projects, and priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills across cultures and functions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.</span></p></li></ul><p><span&g
