LEGAL COUNSEL, DISPUTE RESOLUTION

role to join our Customer Care unit.

This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer in the early stages of their career who is ready to take on real responsibility from day one. You will be working at the heart of our customer care legal function, managing dispute proceedings, driving process improvements, and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation .

As part of the dispute resolution team responsible for passenger rights, you will develop and deepen your expertise in an international, fast-paced aviation environment.

This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of August 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Dispute Management Manage consumer disputes escalated to courts and authorities in Finland and abroad , ensuring the most appropriate and effective approach is taken for each case.
  • Draft formal responses to relevant authorities on customer dispute matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners to resolve cases efficiently.
  • Support colleagues on complex and dispute-prone cases, sharing your expertise where needed.
