We are looking for a Workday Product Manager to join our HR Technology team and play a key role in evolving our Workday platform as a strategic enabler of business value and strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of business needs, HR processes and technology, ensuring that Workday continuously delivers impact across our global organization.
You will work closely with the HR Technology Product Owner, HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality Workday solutions.
What you will be doing:
Drive Workday as a product
Manage demand intake for Workday development in collaboration with HR Technology Product Owner
Translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements and solutions
Contribute to and shape the Workday roadmap, focusing on continuous improvement and business value
Partner with the business
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders on Workday capabilities and best practices
Facilitate discussions to identify how Workday can enable and optimize business processes
Balance global standardization with business-specific needs in a multi-brand retail environment
Enable continuous development
Drive enhancements, releases and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and related areas
Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with the overall architecture
Enable data-driven decision making, automation and AI opportunities
Deliver change and projects
Lead or contribute to Workday-related projects and initiatives (HR and business-driven)
Collaborate across HR, IT and external partners
Ensure quality, compliance and data integrity in all solutions
