About this role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong DevOps expertise to join our clients Software & Electronics Platform team. In this role, you will take ownership of CI/CD infrastructure and build systems for next-generation embedded platforms.

You will play a key role in developing and improving automated software delivery pipelines, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-quality integration for safety-critical embedded systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software
  • Develop and optimize automated build and integration workflows using tools like Jenkins, Zuul, and Bazel
  • Write and maintain scripts in Python and Groovy
  • Improve build performance, automation level, and software quality
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in the integration and delivery process
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure efficient workflows
  • Support and guide teams in adopting CI/CD best practices and tools
  • Contribute to planning and coordination where needed, especially around dependencies and delivery flows

  • Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in CI/CD infrastructure in an embedded automotive environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and automated build systems
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Jenkins, Gerrit, Zuul
  • Docker, Artifactory, Azure, Linux, WSL
  • Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and Groovy
  • Experience working as a Senior Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, or similar
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Meritorious experience
  • Experience with Bazel and Conan
  • Background in AUTOSAR Classic environments
  • Experience working with safety-critical systems
  • Understanding of embedded software and system architecture
  • Interest in sharing knowledge and improving ways of working
