Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Vaasa. This is a site-based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.
RequirementsLiaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors
Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme
Attend daily and weekly site meetings
Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements
Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works
Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site
Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely
Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use
Identify and notify project management of variations and delays
