Staff Software Engineer

Job Description Summary

As Staff Software Engineer you will contribute to the development of clinical application software for patient monitoring products. The role focuses on hands-on software development within an established platform, applying strong technical expertise and engineering judgment to deliver safe, reliable, and maintainable software in a regulated medical device environment.

You work as part of a multi-disciplinary agile team that owns a defined set of clinical features end to end. You take technical leadership among peers by influencing software design within the feature area and driving continuous improvement of development and working practices. The role includes effective use of Generative AI tools throughout the software development workflow to improve code quality, productivity, and work experience.

Essential ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, test, and maintain clinical application software for patient monitoring products, including visualization of physiological measurements and reliable data transfer within the system and to external networks.

Take technical ownership of complex clinical features within the team's scope, ensuring co
