About this role

PREPARE DESIGN MEETINGS You’ll help prepare and structure design meetings by gathering relevant input, compiling visual references, and organizing documents and assets. You’ll ensure that the team has everything needed to make fast, informed decisions during creative reviews. SUPPORT DESIGN ALIGNMENTS WITH OUR PROJECTS In this internship you’ll support the alignment of design concepts with our different projects and partners, adapting graphics and styles to the specific requirements of each team, event, or collaboration. You’ll help ensure that all designs meet the project goals while staying true to Red Bull’s visual identity. CREATE GRAPHICS FOR APPAREL STYLES Working closely with the design team, you’ll create graphics for apparel styles, from initial sketches through to refined digital artworks. You’ll translate creative directions into eye-catching designs that work across different products and applications. CONDUCT TREND RESEARCH AND CREATE MOODBOARDS You’ll research current design, fashion, and sports trends and turn your findings into moodboards and visual concepts. Your input will help the team stay ahead of the curve and ensure that our collections are both relevant and inspiring. SUPPORT PRODUCT TEAM ON ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS Additionally, you’ll support the Product Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks across the development process. This can include preparing overviews, organizing files, updating presentations, and helping to keep timelines and information up to date.

Advanced undergraduate student, postgraduate student or recent graduate (Bachelor/Master degree) in a relevant field Understanding of the apparel or fashion industry is a plus Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual details and aesthetics Team player with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude Eager to learn and open to feedback in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong interest in sports, apparel, and Red Bull’s world Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Proficiency in Figma or a similar digital design/prototyping tool
