You:

As a Technical Product Manager for Platform Engineering, you will report directly to the Platform Engineering Leadership and oversee the "engine room" of Feedzai. Our platform consists of specialized teams including Network, Compute, Data Reliability, Performance, Observability, and FinOps.

While you will have a seat at the table for the overall product strategy of the entire area, your focus will be the Build, IAM & Account Management, and Feedzai Studio teams. These products are unique: they have complex UIs and are used by both our internal engineers and our external customers—the world’s largest financial institutions.

We don't want a "backlog manager." We want a product leader who spends as much time interviewing both Customers and internal users and teams, using modern AI tools to bridge the gap between a customer's problem and a working solution.

Your Day to Day:

Customer-Centric Discovery: Lead deep-dive interviews with internal stakeholders and external Tier-1 banking clients to uncover friction points in how they manage risk operations, identity, and infrastructure.

High-Velocity Prototyping: Use GenAI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, v0, Cursor) to turn customer feedback into functional UI prototypes within hours, not weeks. You will use these to validate "usability" before a single line of production code is written.

Bridge the Strategy-Execution Gap: Translate high-level customer requirements into a clear vision for the Build, IAM, and Studio roadmaps, ensuring they align with the broader platform's shift toward multi-cloud and disaster recovery (BYOK, etc.).

Product Advocacy: Act as the face of the Platform area for external customers, explaining how our infrastructure (from Data Orchestration to FinOps) provides them with a competitive edge in reliability and security.

Outcome-Oriented Ownership: Move beyond "managing tasks." You will own the success metrics for your area, ensuring that new features in IAM or the Studio actually improve developer productivity and customer satisfaction.

Collaborative Design: Partner with UX and Engineering to ensure that even the most technical "under-the-hood" platform features offer a world-class user experience.

You Have & You Know-how:

The PM Toolkit: 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management. You are an expert in the "Full-Cycle" of product: Discovery, Validation, Usability, and Launch.

Customer Empathy: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to navigate conversations with technical leaders at enterprise-scale organizations.

AI-Native Workflow: You don't wait for a designer to see if an idea works. You have hands-on experience using GenAI development tools to build prototypes and explore technical possibilities.

Infrastructure Fluency: Solid understanding of AWS and cloud-native architecture. You can hold your own in a room with engineers discussing Network latency, IAM policies, or Data Orchestration.

Multi-Cloud Vision: You understand the challenges of moving to a multi-cloud environment and can help shape products that handle Disaster Recovery and data sovereignty for global clients.

Communication: Exceptional English skills, with the ability to translate "deep tech" into "business value" for executive stakeholders.

Valued:

Security Domain Knowledge: Experience with Identity (IAM), Encryption (BYOK), or Compliance in a highly regulated industry.

FinOps Mindset: An interest in the economics of the cloud—helping us and our customers scale efficiently.

The "Startup in a Scale-up" Mentality: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the "builder" energy required to iterate fast.
