Responsibilities

• As an Analyst based in Helsinki, you'll join the Nordics and Netherlands Market unit. Our nearly 200 colleagues bring diverse academic and professional backgrounds, with a wide range of skills and strengths.
• You'll work on client projects focusing on organizational change, talent strategy, HR transformation, and the people side of major technology and business transformations. In practice, this often means helping organizations implement significant technology, AI, or business model changes while designing future ways of working, redefining skills and roles, building capabilities, and supporting people through their change journey. • You'll:
• Work on client projects addressing key Talent & Organization themes
• Develop core consulting skills such as structured problem solving, conceptual and critical thinking, presentation skills, storytelling, data-driven insights, and stakeholder management
• Support business development by creating proposals and building client relationships
• Gradually build expertise within a specific Talent & Organization area
