About The Role

Reporting to the Broker Sales and Support Team Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end broker service process for our intermediaries.

Your hours will be 9-5pm but could change to rotating shift basis between the hours of

7am and 6pm

, with substantial notice

7:00am – 4:00pm

9:00am – 5:00pm

10.00am-6.00pm

You'll Be Responsible For:

Serve as a dedicated Broker Support Executive for our important brokers, delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

Proactively follow up on broker requests, ensuring resolution and communication within agreed timelines.

Ability to work under own initiative, Monitoring and managing both your own and the central team inbox.

Meet and exceed service targets including call volumes, talk time, and first-contact resolution.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure your dedicated broker needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Identify and recommend process improvements to ensure our broker processes continue to evolve, and in turn improve the brokers overall experience.

Support team goals by helping and sharing knowledge across the team.

Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements

Ability to quickly identify customer needs and exercise judgment in a professional and confident manner.

Providing regular updates to your dedicated accounts, based on account performance from a service perspective

What You'll Bring to the Role

Previous experience in medical administration or customer service focused organisation.

Ability to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

B2B experience preferred but not necessary

Proven experience in managing accounts and building strong client relationships.
