Your contribution to something big

We are looking for an engaged and experienced Quality Engineer who can drive and develop our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be our in-house QMS expert, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure our processes maintain the highest standards.

Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and Bosch management system requirements

QMS expert and trusted advisor for all departments, supporting practical and value‑adding application of requirements

Plan, lead, and execute internal system and process audits, ensuring clear conclusions and sustainable corrective actions

Coordinate and lead external certification and market audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of findings

Lead and govern management system documentation, ensuring compliance, clarity, and usability

Support quality management reviews with fact‑based input on system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities

Promote a positive, solution‑oriented quality culture, coaching process owners and teams across the organization
