We are looking for a hands-on and skilled

Maintenance Manager

to ensure that our production equipment, facilities, and processes run safely, reliably, and efficiently every day. As our Maintenance Manager, you will:

Lead and develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance

Prioritize daily work orders and secure fast response to breakdowns

Coach and lead the maintenance team and external partners

Ensure strong safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

Manage costs and drive continuous improvement based on data and KPIs

Your mission is to secure stable, high-performing operations that enable Lumon's continued growth.

What we expect:

Technical/engineering education and several years of maintenance experience in manufacturing

Strong practical technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, automation)

Experience in leading teams and organizing daily work

Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems

Good communication and collaboration skills

Fluent Finnish and English
