On a typical day, you'll visit construction sites, take initiative to identify and solve issues, and make sure projects run smoothly, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.</span></p><p><span><strong>ROLE SPECIFICS:</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Manage, in conjunction with our partners, the complete lifecycle of solutions delivery, from initial planning through final release to end-users, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive day‑to‑day project execution to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a primary point of contact for customers and partners during projects, managing their technical and communication needs, and ensuring a positive and productive relationship</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maximize the availability and quality of information throughout the customer project lifecycle, ensuring efficient communication and execution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify improvement opportunities in project workflows, processes, and methodologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain regular presence at customer locations during key phases of implementation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for evaluating partner capabilities, including training compliance, process adherence, and overall operational readiness, before approving their involvement in project delivery</span><br><br><span>At Kempower we work hybrid, however this role requires frequent travel throughout Benelux.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>WHY JOIN US?</strong></span></p><p><span>We foster an Innovative Culture, we're not just developing products; we're evolving as individuals and as a team.
