About the role: What's in the Box

As a Onboarding Specialist you are responsible for ensuring the success of our colleagues within the Distribution Centre Environment, by delivering a variety of comprehensive and effective training programmes, including first day onboarding training to ensure all colleagues receive the best possible experience and start to their HelloFresh journey. Responsible for facilitating training sessions that enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of our colleagues; including the delivery of all refresher training in line with business strategy and policies. This role will collaborate with various departments on a daily basis to ensure communication is transparent, offering support on an adhoc basis should there be a business need.

This role is available for a 24-month contract (extension possible).

What you’ll do: The Recipe

Own the first day experience: Deliver engaging onboarding sessions and site tours

Coordinate onboarding: Ensure all materials, equipment, and logistics are ready

Deliver trainings: Provide hands-on, SOP-based training on the floor

Support hiring: Facilitate and support Assessment Centers

Connect teams: Act as a link between L&D and Operations

Ensure quality & compliance: Maintain training records and uphold H&S standards

Strong communication skills in German & English
