Responsibilities
- More so than ever, technology is driving business growth and must therefore be a top consideration in M&A decision making. Assessing technological capabilities in the due diligence phase requires knowledge across IT architecture, enterprise systems and cybersecurity - we are looking for passionate talent! As a (Senior) IT Consultant for our PIPE (Principal Investors & Private Equity) practice area, you will be focused on helping the world's largest private equity firms address their strategic technology challenges, whether they are buying or selling a business. We look for new colleagues in our offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, and Copenhagen!
Requirements
- You can help us make a difference if you
- bring multiple years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development or IT project management in a tech related corporate development or start-up
- gathered basic understanding of technology financials and how it impacts deal value
- are familiar with working within a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) environment, with a focus upon technology due diligence, technology carve-out, technology PMI or PE-related value creation initiative with a portfolio company
- are a strategic thinker who likes to work creatively and analytically in an environment focused on exceptional problem-solving
