Responsibilities

  • Proactively booking qualified meetings for the sales team through a creative mix of outreach strategies, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Taking full responsibility for top-of-the-funnel activities to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads.
  • Vetting large and strategic opportunities to ensure a perfect fit between prospect needs and Freenow’s mobility solutions.
  • Researching target markets and key decision-makers to uncover untapped business opportunities.
  • Building tailored outreach sequences and messaging that resonate with modern businesses.
  • Working hand-in-hand with Sales and Marketing to align on account-based strategies and brand voice.
  • Analyzing your outreach metrics to continuously iterate and improve your conversion rates.
  • You are a proactive, results-oriented professional with a genuine passion for sales and scaling a business.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and know how to hook a prospect's interest.
  • "Hunter" mentality and the resilience to turn challenges into learning opportunities.
  • You can manage multiple priorities and high-volume cadences without losing attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills in Spanish and German are a plus.
