About this role
Our team is growing - we are now looking for an experienced Mobile application Developer.
In this role you will join us on developing consumer customer self-service OmaElisa mobile application which is built on React Native as well as other growth initiatives.
Who are we? We are Online Services and Growth - an agile group in Elisa's Digital Services unit developing online services for our consumer customers. Elisa provides us a solid foundation to continuously develop ourselves to be even more agile and what we do directly affects all Elisa's current and future customers so what we do really matters and has value.
About the job
In this role you will join our multitalented and multicultural team to develop OmaElisa and our mobile application. Main tasks beside the actual coding will be refining new features and splitting the requirements into smaller stories, improving and maintaining codebase, performing code reviews, test automation and DevOps tasks.
We expect you to be mobile app developer, but we value if you have experience from other online development. We are looking for you to have several years of proficiency in React Native and experience on native iOS and Android development.
Our team uses agile methodologies, and we are proud of the quality of our code. You will enjoy your role if you thrive in a team environment, since we like working closely together. We expect that you have experience in guiding and mentoring others and doing code reviews. You are fully aware that testing and documentation are vital parts of software development, and you do them accordingly. You're eager to explore our codebase and to weigh our working methods and you know how to push things to be solved.
