In this role, you'll lead and refine scalable operations while growing into a strategic partner who shapes our global revenue strategy, leveraging a best-in class tech stack.
What You’ll Do
Process Optimization: Lead impactful initiatives to optimize and simplify GTM processes
CRM Ownership: Own and optimize the CRM as the central GTM system, building scalable processes, flows, and automation while ensuring data integrity.
Automation, AI & Innovation: Identify and implement new opportunities for automation and AI across the GTM tech stack to improve efficiency, unlock insights, and support scalable revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between sales, CS, marketing, and product teams to optimize workflows and enhance the customer journey.
Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause analyses to define challenges, prioritize solutions, and drive effective implementation.
Data & Insights: Own data governance to ensure quality, compliance, and actionable insights for leadership
Skills and Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations within SaaS or similar industries, with a proven record of managing GTM strategies and tools.
CRM Expertise: Proven experience owning and administering a CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including building flows, automations, and scalable system process
