Process Management Specialist
to join our Global Frontline Support and Supply Operations, Availability Management.
Do you want to contribute to the development of a global spare parts supply chain and support KONE Frontlines worldwide? Our Global Spares Supply (GSS) unit is now seeking a Process Management Specialist who is excited about process development, training, and collaborating with international teams.
The key responsibilities:
Inventory and supply planning process management
Understanding of process details and related tools performance and potential issues
Maintain planning data and parameters in Servigistics tool / SAP
Development and automation of forecasting, inventory management and purchase requisition release processes
Initiate and run projects related to process improvement / automation in Supply Chain Operations
Ad hoc support to Operations team regarding Servigistics tool / SAP
Creation and maintain work instructions / process documents for Availability Management team
Implement and train changes to teams
Automation of KPI reports
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer experience
The requirements for the candidates:
Experience in Supply Chain Operations tasks
Experience in inventory and supply planning task handling
Educational background Bachelor or M.Sc. degree
5 years of work experience in relevant field
Full professional proficiency in English
Strong communication, collaboration and project / change management skills
Ability in problem solving and solution-oriented mindset
