Positioned at the intersection of Sales Operations, Operations, and the Offer &amp; Revenue teams, your mission will be to activate growth levers, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable strategies—while, of course, also becoming a reference point for execution.</p><p>You will drive initiatives that increase revenue by improving supplier economics, supporting pricing and commission models, and ensuring the maintenance, integration, and performance monitoring of new and existing partners. This role combines operational work with strategic thinking and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales Operations, and Offer &amp; Revenue) as well as external stakeholders to unlock new revenue opportunities and scale our growth.</p><p>You will finally be the entry-point for large or medium-size partners</p><h3><strong>Responsabilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Partnership management</strong></p></li></ul><p>Own the relationship with majors partners at papernest (e.g: SFR, Engie, Alpiq, Free…)</p><p>Launch new partners from prospection to effective launch while negotiating the best conditions (financial, commercial and legal)</p><p>Support the rollout of new processes and tools, including documentation, training, and post-launch troubleshooting with partners and papernest internal teams</p><ul><li><p><strong>Revenue management</strong></p></li></ul><p>Negotiate revenues conditions with existing and new partners</p><p>Optimize sales revenue through mix steering for your verticals</p><p>Oversee and optimize supplier billing and claims processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance with contractual agreements. Ensure that all operations run smoothly.</p><p>Be accountable for revenue and support internal teams in revenue-related activities</p><p>Analyze supplier performance metrics and financial indicators, identifying areas for improvement and supporting decision-making.</p><p>Develop and maintain ad hoc reporting dashboards to monitor key KPIs related to revenue and operational efficiency.</p><ul><li><p><strong>Launch new verticals</strong></p></li></ul><p>Identify new growth opportunities and services not covered by papernest (ex : bank accounts opening, alarms selling…) through market sizing, experts discussions…</p><p>Prospection of potential partners and negotiations of best conditions possible</p><p>Test launches from training to effective sales then scaling</p><ul><li><p><strong>Management</strong></p></li></ul><p>Recruit team interns (with accompaniment of managers)</p><p>Manage one intern from training to task follow-up</p><h3><strong>Your profile:</strong></h3><p>- Around 0 and 2 years of experience in start-ups preferably in fast-paced, tech-driven environments,operations, investment banking, or consulting post graduation</p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling, revenue analysis, or process automation.</p><p>- Desirable knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in data-driven decision-making.</p><p>- Proficiency in Excel at minimum, SQL and/or BI tools are a plus (however not required, we provide internal trainings)</p><p>- Experience in project management, especially in cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.</p><p>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</p><p>- Fluent in French &amp; English</p><h3><strong>What we offer :</strong></h3><p>🌍 <strong>Grow in an international and inclusive environment</strong>: Everyone
