Who you are
You’re a commercially minded Customer Success leader with experience guiding teams across multiple markets. You know how to lead through team leads, balancing strategic direction with a hands-on understanding of the day-to-day realities of Customer Success.
You thrive in an international environment and have worked with customers of varying sizes and complexity, including enterprise-level organizations. You understand how Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps work together across the customer lifecycle—and you actively collaborate across functions to drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.
You’re neither a purely top-down executive nor just an operational individual contributor. Instead, you shine in the space in between: close enough to the details to make smart decisions, and senior enough to set direction, drive change, and develop leaders.
