Role Summary

TFS Analytics serves as the central function for data, analytics and AI across the Group. We provide data as a utility, enable insight through scalable platforms and drive business value through AI, automation, and advanced analytics.

We are now looking for an AI Solution Engineer to join our growing AI capability and be part of our AI Center of Excellence.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology - translating business needs into practical AI solutions and helping design, build and scale them. You will work across the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from identifying opportunities to deploying solutions in production.

While our head office is located in Södertälje, this role will primarily be based at our new office in Östermalm, opening in April. The position requires flexibility to work from Södertälje on a regular basis to ensure close collaboration with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders across domains such as finance, credit, treasury, sales and operations to identify and shape AI use cases.

Translate business problems into scalable AI solution designs and technical architectures.

Design, prototype, and develop AI-powered solutions, including applications leveraging Generative AI and LLMs.

Support integration of AI solutions into existing systems, applications and workflows via APIs and modern architectures.
