Ritmeester Cigars is looking for a Country Manager Finland & Duty-Free (DF) Scandinavia, based in Helsinki to join our energetic, change-driven team of experts. You will be part of the Finnish team, operating within the Area Northern Europe (NEU).

As Country Manager Finland & DF Scandinavia, you will be responsible for implementing and further developing the market strategies and annual plans for both Finland and DF Scandinavia. You will also ensure seamless communication with our importer/distributor regarding marketing activities, brand updates and all relevant commercial information, with a clear mandate to:

Implementation of DANNEMANN Group Strategy: implementation and further development of Finland and DF Scandinavia market strategies, yearly plans and transfer information to the importer/distributor regarding advertising and brand information

Leading and managing all marketing activities for Finland & DF Scandinavia; consumer and trade plans, increasing POS visibility (within legal framework). Leading brand portfolio development specific to the markets

Initiating and developing new and creative ideas with the distributor on how to maximize communication with potential consumers of our brands within the legal restrictions

Market observation and collection of market-relevant data in Finland & DF Scandinavia; both shipments and distributor sales & monitoring competitors. Analysing cigarillo market regarding relevant information about total market and competitive products and brands
