PrecisionPhage is entering the next phase of growth and is seeking a Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead the company’s commercial strategy, revenue execution, and help scale the business internationally. This role will shape how the company scales from early validation into structured global growth. The CBO will build and further professionalize our commercial operations, strengthen strategic partnerships, and lead the expansion of our sales organization.
We are looking for a hands-on commercial leader with a builder mindset who can combine strategic thinking with operational execution while navigating the complexity of regulated biotechnology and SaaS sectors.
Within this role, you will:
Own and drive revenue growth, commercial strategy, and pipeline development.
Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies for our services and software platforms.
Build and lead the sales and marketing organization, including KPIs and commercial reporting.
Identify, structure, and negotiate strategic partnerships and collaboration agreements.
Design and implement repeatable commercial processes and infrastructure.
Establish scalable contractual frameworks and partnership governance.
Translate technical and regulatory realities into structured business opportunities.
Work closely with technical, regulatory, and quality teams to support compliance-aligned commercialization.
