We are seeking an experienced and strategic Leader for our Career practice in Finland. This leadership role will drive the development and delivery of innovative Talent & rewards strategies that align with client business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, a strong team leader, and a thought leader in the Talent & rewards space.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow Mercer's Career practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring excellence in client delivery.

Develop innovative talent & total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs that drive business performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and delivering tailored solutions.

Collaborate across Mercer's global network to leverage insights, tools, and best practices.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of rewards consultants.

Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting talent & rewards.

Drive business development efforts, including client presentations and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:Proven leadership experience in talent & rewards consulting or a related HR consulting field, preferably within a global consulting firm or experience in in-house total rewards leader position in a multinational company.

Deep expertise in total rewards strategy, compensation design, benefits, and incentive programs.

Strong business acumen

Excellent client management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop consulting teams.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with rewards data and technology platforms.
