Senior IAM Architect

About this role

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of our IGA and CIAM solutions and drive their development with 3rd party vendors
• Design and evolve IGA and CIAM capabilities
• Be responsible for authentication and authorization and user lifecycle models
• Make sure that IGA and CIAM platforms are integrated for comprehensive data architecture within IAM
• Work with IT, security and business stakeholders to define access models that are practical and compliant
• Make sure IAM solutions align with security, risk management and compliance requirements
• Provide guidance within the IAM domain and support projects and other teams when needed
• Stay up to date with developments in the IAM space and bring relevant improvements into use
• What we are looking for?
• Several years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
• Good understanding of identity governance, authentication and authorization concepts and standards both on IGA and CIAM side
• Experience working with IGA and CIAM platforms in complex environments
• Experience with hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises)
• Solid understanding of information security, risk management and regulatory requirements
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders in Finnish and in English
• An architectural mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture beyond individual implementations
• Capability to produce and maintain documentation for IAM
