Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the local marketing plan for Germany, aligned with central strategy and growth objectives
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive app installs, acquisition of new users, engagement and reactivation of current users
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, including content coordination, digital ads and timelines
  • Support the execution of ATL and BTL campaigns, ensuring alignment with digital and app growth objectives
  • Brief, coordinate and collaborate with creative and media agencies
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign analysis and learnings
  • Work cross-functionally with local and central stakeholders
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on app marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment
  • Proven experience owning and scaling user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps
  • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline or integrated)
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with creative and/or media agencies
