Your role and responsibilities

ABB Robotics Academy is responsible for creating, delivering and coordinating training for the Marketing & Sales and Service organization within Robotics globally. Our main training deliverables include Sales & Service readiness Packages, Service Certification Programs, Job Role Learning Paths, Global CourseWare for our worldwide Training Centers and ABB Simstructions® for our Field service engineers.

In the role of Sales Training Lead, you will join a self-driven and diverse team of highly skilled professionals where our climate is open and trusting. You will play a key role in equipping ABB Robotics’ global sales organization with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to drive growth and accelerate customer value. You will design and deliver world‑class learning experiences that strengthen sales capability, support strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent execution across regions and channels.
