Technical Project Manager, Lund

We are looking to strengthen our team with a­ Technical Project Manager based in our HQ in Lund, Sweden!

About the role

We're seeking a technical project manager who's passionate about developer experience and operational excellence. You'll be the architect of our "golden path"-ensuring ACAP application developers across Axis have the tools, processes, and support they need to build ever better software for our cameras and other devices. The role offers significant autonomy and cross-organizational impact.

What you'll do here as a Technical Project Manager

Own the developer experience for teams building ACAP applications across Axis R&D

Orchestrate collaboration between firmware, SDK, QA, tooling, and distribution teams to create seamless workflows

Design and harmonize processes that eliminate friction and accelerate development

Be the advocate for developer needs-ensuring teams have clear documentation, efficient tools, and continuous improvement

Who are we looking for?

You have a software development background with firsthand experience of what makes (or breaks) a great dev environment

You are a systems thinker who sees how structure and clarity drive efficiency

You are a service-oriented communicator who builds consensus and trust across organizational boundaries

You can drive change by getting buy-in through clear benefits and hands-on support

We'd love to hear that you have

Leadership experience (project management, dev team lead, or similar)

Professional software development track record

Genuine interest in organizational development and process optimization

It's a bonus if you also have

Experience driving organizational change

DevOps or platform engineering background
