We are seeking an AI Product Manager to support the delivery and scaling of key Generative AI and intelligent automation products within Entain’s Enterprise AI portfolio.  Working under the guidance of the Senior AI Product Manager, this role will own the product strategy and roadmap for high-impact AI initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, measurable commercial outcomes, and alignment with enterprise AI standards.  You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial stakeholders to translate defined AI capabilities into scalable, governed, and commercially impactful products.  This is a high-impact execution-focused role requiring strong product fundamentals, AI fluency, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, regulated FTSE environment.  What you will do   Develop business cases to demonstrate the benefits of the roadmap and measure subsequent level of success through predetermined KPIs.  Keen ability to translate business needs into high-level stories/requirements for new to market features & drive incremental delivery of these features in conjunction with the wider delivery teams.  Daily interaction with internal and external development partners to clarify development requirements and to drive development in an Agile environment.  Daily interaction with the internal testing team to ensure features are delivered as expected. This will include user-acceptance testing of new developments.  Extensive experience in Retail and Omnichannel products, with deep knowledge from both customer and business perspectives.  Strong understanding of the technology, systems, and platforms needed to implement a data-driven strategy and roadmap for a market-leading experience.  Passion for products, particularly mobile/web features, UX/UI, and innovation.  Experience managing teams of business analysts, architects, designers, and UX professionals to execute Retail and Omnichannel roadmaps.  Ability to prioritize roadmaps based on key business drivers and competitor analysis.  Key Responsibilities   Own Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and deliver the roadmap for assigned AI products, aligning initiatives with enterprise priorities such as personalisation, player protection, compliance, operational efficiency & engineering productivity. Lead GenAI & Intelligent Automation Delivery: Drive the development, scaling & adoption of GenAI tools, assistants & automation workflows while ensuring solutions are secure, auditable & compliant. Align with Enterprise AI Platform: Collaborate with Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform & Architecture teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled products within established enterprise standards & guardrails. End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead discovery, stakeholder engagement & business case development while translating requirements into PRDs, user stories & agile delivery plans. Drive Commercial Impact & KPIs: Define & monitor product success metrics including revenue uplift, efficiency gains, compliance outcomes & adoption while tracking ROI & cost optimisation. Ensure Governance & Responsible AI: Embed model evaluation, bias monitoring & performance tracking while partnering with Risk, Compliance & Legal to ensure responsible AI deployment.

Required Experience & Skills   4–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within data, AI, or enterprise technology environments.  Track record delivering AI/ML-enabled products end-to-end, with direct experience shipping GenAI-powered products Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to amplify the PM process — from research and discovery to stakeholder communication and delivery Solid grasp of AI fundamentals — data pipelines, model evaluation, feedback loops, cost vs. performance trade-offs Experience owning end-to-end delivery of AI/ML-enabled products.  Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including:  Data pipelines  Model evaluation trade-offs  Feedback loops  Cost vs performance optimisation  Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Data Science teams.  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.  Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments is desirable  Competencies   Strategic Thinking & Commercial Acumen  Driving Results in Complex Environments  Cross-Functional Leadership  Structured Problem Solving  Clear Communication & Executive Storytelling  Comfort Operating in Ambiguity
