Along the way, we have continued to invest in new verticals, establishing papernest as a high-performing, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a fast-growing market.</span></p><p><span>With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader.&nbsp;</span></p><p>As a <strong>New Business, Innovation &amp; GTM Lead,</strong> you will drive the launch, validation, and scaling of new products in <strong>Spain</strong>, turning insights into action and bridging teams to unlock growth opportunities.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities :</strong></h3><p><strong>GTM Orchestration:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Adapt and execute new product launches for the Spanish market.</p></li><li><p>Act as the bridge between various teams to ensure proper validation and scaling of new products or strategic partners.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Pilot Management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design and run controlled pilots</p></li><li><p>Define action plans to execute fast tests with clear success criteria and quickly apply learnings for agile improvement.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Performance Feedback Loop:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as the primary voice of the performance of a new business.</p></li><li><p>Gather structured feedback on why a new product is or isn't working locally (pricing, features, competition) and advocate for necessary changes.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Operational Handover:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Once a pilot is proven successful (validated unit economics), document the process, validate requirements across all stakeholders, and orchestrate the launch across all production sites.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Market Scanning:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor local competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify "white space" opportunities that could be included in Papernest's offers.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Your profile :&nbsp;</strong></h3><ul><li><p>4+ years in New Business, GTM, Strategy, Operations, or Innovation roles.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record launching and scaling new products, offers, or partnerships locally.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to translate global strategy into local execution.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience running pilots and fast experiments with clear success criteria.</p></li><li><p>Data-driven, with a solid understanding of pricing, unit economics, and performance drivers.</p></li><li><p>Skilled at analyzing market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Highly operational, experienced in scaling validated pilots and coordinating cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Key strengths: </strong>Strategic thinking, sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, collaboration, and teamwork.</p><h3><strong>What we offer :</strong></h3><p>Thrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
