<p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p><p><span>We’re hiring a Head of Organic to build this capability for Paysend.</span></p><p><span>This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can set direction, make smart trade-offs and drive execution. You will own the strategy for organic acquisition across web and app, improve how Paysend shows up in high-intent moments, and create the systems that allow organic growth to scale across regions.</span></p><p><span>You will lead strategy across SEO, ASO, content, technical discoverability and emerging AI-driven search behaviours, while working closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, Brand and Compliance.
