FP&A Analyst

<p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p><p><span>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&amp;A Analyst to join our dynamic FP&amp;A team. This role will play a critical part in financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering, while also supporting the company’s fundraising and investor-related initiatives.</span></p><p><span>The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling skills, experience supporting fundraising or valuation-related activities, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</span><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong><br>What You'll Do (Responsibilities):</strong><br></p><p><span><strong>1.Financial Planning, Modeling &amp; Forecasting</strong>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop, maintain, and enhance integrated financial models, including revenue forecasts, cost structures, headcount models, and scenario/sensitivity analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support continuous improvement of FP&amp;A models, templates, and reporting processes</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>2.Fundraising / Deal Support:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Support fundraising activities by preparing financial models, projections, and business case materials</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with senior leadership and external advisors to support investor meetings, pitch decks, and investor communications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with valuation analysis, due diligence, and financial reporting related to equity and/or debt fundraising and maintain the financial section of the data room</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a key liaison between Finance and external stakeholders, including banks, venture capital firms, and other advisors</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>3.Investor Relations</strong>:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Assist in preparing and distributing periodic investor updates, financial summaries, and reports.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the communication of financial performance and projections to investors, maintaining transparency and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track investor expectations and feedback to align with the company’s strategic and financial goals.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>4.Business Partnering &amp; Insights</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Act as a finance business partner to functional teams, supporting planning, spend tracking, and ad hoc analysis</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own headcount planning and forecasting across departments, including hiring plans, attrition, and cost implications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as the finance partner to the Marketing team, supporting:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Marketing and Brand budget planning and tracking</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analysis of spend effectiveness, ROI, and performance at company, market, and channel levels</span></p></li><li><p><span>Insights into marketing efficiency and optimization opportunities</span></p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><p><span>Support strategic and ad hoc projects related to business performance and growth initiatives</span><strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A, or similar roles, with at least 1-2 years of experience in valuation-related activities (e.g., corporate finance, deal &amp; partnership management, equity, debt, or venture capital fundraising).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience building financial models for fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, or financing projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prior experience in a high-growth company
