Our work spans from enterprise-grade AI platforms and MLOps foundations to LLM-powered applications embedded into core processes.</p><p>While we are technology-agnostic, our everyday tools include <strong>Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI platforms and frameworks</strong>.</p><p></p><p><strong>What will you do as an AI Architect at Siili?</strong></p><p>As an <strong>AI Architect</strong>, you take a leading role in shaping how AI is designed, built, and scaled in our customer environments. This role goes beyond choosing models or tools – it’s about defining <strong>end-to-end AI architectures</strong> that connect data, models, platforms, and business processes into coherent, production-ready solutions.</p><p>You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, AI engineers, and platform teams to translate goals into sustainable AI architectures. You define the architectural vision, patterns, and guardrails that ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, observable, and maintainable over time.</p><p>At the same time, you stay close to the hands-on reality: guiding teams, reviewing designs, and helping solve complex challenges related to LLM applications, MLOps, data flows, and cloud platforms. In this role, you balance strategic thinking with practical execution – ensuring that AI is not just innovative, but truly usable and valuable in everyday operations.</p><p></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>We are now looking for an experienced <strong>AI Architect</strong> to join our Data &amp; AI community. In this role, you combine architectural leadership with deep understanding of modern AI engineering and platforms.</p><p>We hope you recognize yourself in most of these:</p><ul><li><p>Strong background in <strong>AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI architecture</strong>, with experience building AI solutions that run in production.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in designing <strong>end-to-end AI architectures</strong>, including data pipelines, model lifecycle, MLOps, and application integration.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of <strong>LLM-based systems</strong>, such as RAG architectures, agentic workflows, evaluation and monitoring, fine-tuning, and tool use.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>cloud-native AI platforms </strong>(Azure, AWS, or GCP), and services such as Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Databricks, or Snowflake.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>Python</strong>, modern AI frameworks, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of <strong>AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices</strong> in enterprise environments.</p></li><li><p>Ability to define architectural patterns, best practices, and standards – and communicate them clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Strong consulting and communication skills: you can guide decisions, build trust, and help clients understand what AI can (and cannot) do.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Finnish and English</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>A technically strong and collaborative community: </strong
