We have an exciting opportunity in our Legal Department. As a Market Surveillance Officer, you will be part of the Market Compliance Function of the Bank. Among others, your tasks will typically be the following: Monitor clients’ securities trading activities Identify and analyse potential prohibited market conduct (insider trading and market manipulation) Investigate alerts generated by surveillance systems Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and counterparties
Bachelor’s degree in economics or from an Institute of Technology Good knowledge of English and French SIX or Eurex trading licenses is a plus Familiar with financial markets and trading activities Self-motivated and passionate about macroeconomics and the financial industry Strong teamworking and collaboration skills Ability to monitor your own workload and meet work objectives Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Ideally, this position is planned as a full-time role (100%). However, we remain open to candidates seeking a workload between 60% and 100%. For part-time arrangements, the contract duration may be extended accordingly.
