Responsibilities

  • Own the entire Marketplace product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our high-scale European network across 9 markets and 170+ cities.
  • Act as the product and strategic owner of the core platform mechanisms (pricing, incentives and allocation), driving significant commercial impact by:
  • Translating strategic goals (e.g., growing number of rides, increasing revenue) into precise, actionable objective functions and measurable metrics for Data Science model development.
  • Explicitly managing the inevitable multi-objective trade-offs between conflicting metrics (e.g., short-term driver earnings vs. long-term rider retention/service levels) to guide model development and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development, deployment and experimentation of cutting-edge algorithmic features for dynamic pricing, rider and driver incentives, real-time rider allocation to drivers, and predictive modeling to redefine reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strategic Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, coach, and scale Product Managers, coupled with the executive presence to communicate and defend complex, analytical roadmaps to non-technical senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the Experimentation Culture: Go beyond simple A/B testing. Champion rigorous validation methods (switchback tests, market-level holdouts) to measure the true incremental impact of algorithmic changes in a noisy, double-sided marketplace.
  • Design for Data: Ensure that every new product feature is designed to capture high-quality signals that feed back into our models, creating a virtuous cycle of algorithmic improvement.
