We’re currently hiring a Senior People Partner on a 12 - 18 month fixed term basis to join our Partner team. You’ll be based in our London Office.  We’re looking for a commercially minded, driven and goal - oriented Senior People Partner to join us at a pivotal moment for Wise. This is an exciting opportunity to also work closely with the People Partner Lead during a period of significant transformation across the Finance tribe , while continuing to build a highly engaged, high performing organisation.  You will work alongside the People Partner Lead for Core Functions, partnering closely with Finance change work stream leads to help plan, deliver and land the people elements of the dual listing  change  effectively. The role offers real scope and impact, supporting leaders to navigate change while ensuring clarity, engagement and momentum.   What problems are we solving: We are continuing to build the People Partner capability at Wise to empower leaders and ensure our people  practices scale  Within Finance we are supporting leaders through a period of significant change linked to our dual - listing journey and broader Finance transformation. This includes ensuring teams are well informed and engaged, building clarity on critical roles and future capabilities and supporting  organisation design and leadership effectiveness through change.  As a People Partner, You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial  stakeholders, spending time understanding business context and supporting the design and delivery of a clear pragmatic people plan aligned to the business  priorities.    The How Partner with senior stakeholders p to plan and deliver people change aligned to Finance transformation and dual - listing readiness, including organisation design, role clarity and leadership capability.  Create and drive the people strategy, along with metrics and OKRs, for your area of responsibility with a strong focus on supporting senior leaders through periods of growth.  Build a clear view of critical roles, succession and future capabilities required across core functions , supporting talent and workforce planning decisions.  Work with the Recruitment team and senior  leaders  to prioritise, plan and forecast roles for future growth and capability needs.  Partner with leaders to develop our leadership capability and skills needed to deliver successfully through change. Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking. Analyse people metrics and risks adding further insight into the overall health of our teams and to share trends or determine opportunities for focus. Work closely with the People Partner Lead for Core Functions, collaborating on the design and delivery  of people initiatives and change activity.    A bit about you: Big Thinker - you’re willing to challenge the status quo, speak up and help others see things from other perspectives Collaboration -  relationships get you out of bed in the morning, building and fostering them over time. Communication – y ou are an effective and thoughtful communicator who is able to understand diverse perspectives and vary your communication style based on the circumstance.    What you’ve done before Wise  People partnered in a high growth or transforming environment -this will help you know how to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities , and you'll have experience working closely with a scaling, global team.  You have supported complex change or transformation - including organisation change, role clarity or capability shifts and helping leaders and teams navigate  periods of uncertainty.  You've built trusted relationships with senior leaders  and can influence challenges and support them through change.  You've used sound judgement to assess problems and drive initiatives that have a measurable impact,  Experience working in or alongside a US - listed or US regulated environment
