VENDOR MANAGEMENTĀ  It is your responsibility to develop the partner landscape to meet and exceed current and future requirements, while building a trusting and well-coordinated ecosystem of internal and external resources that can fulfill both current and emerging demands. CONTRACT MANAGEMENTĀ  You review and refine existing contracts, lead negotiations, and implement contractual improvements. You work closely with our internal experts and legal colleagues to establish a long-term foundation for sustainable vendor relationships. CONSULTANT MANAGEMENTĀ  As System Service Manager, you prepare a demand-driven consultant portfolio. This includes conducting performance reviews, tracking qualifications and skills, and providing recommendations to stakeholders. You onboard new consultants to enhance the available skillsets and ensure they can be effective from day one by offering onboarding sessions, templates, and procedures at scale. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENTĀ  You standardise and operationalise tracking across the service portfolio ensuring that service level agreements are maintained and aligned with support levels and stakeholder requirements. You ensure that the various support entities collaborate effectively and that all partners are utilised according to their strengths. You independently drive operational improvements and work closely with service owners to achieve significant enhancements in operations. BUDGET MANAGEMENTĀ  In this role you are responsible for managing all budgets related to the services within our team. This responsibility includes cost control, invoice processing, and budget planning in accordance with our company standards. You are expected to optimise expenditures and ensure that the budget is utilised in a manner that is both sustainable and profitable for the company. REPORTINGĀ  Everything you do in this role should be data-driven and backed by profound analytical insights. To achieve this, you utilise our diverse monitoring and reporting portfolio and compile a toolset that provides the data you need to make informed decisions and clear recommendations.

IT-related degree, or a degree in economics or law with a strong affinity for IT At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position Fluent English skills, German is a plus Extensive experience in budgeting and cost managementĀ  Demonstrated experience in contract management and negotiation skills Strong commitment to standardizingĀ and streamlining approaches and processes Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build sustainable relationships High level of self-responsibility and reliability paired with a structured, analytical and diligent work style and a strong learning agility

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,535 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
