Responsibilities
- Partnering with Product, Brand, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to define and implement go-to-market strategies for new app features and services.
- Translating product updates into clear, benefit-driven messaging for both B2C audiences.
- Leading multi-channel communications across in-app messaging, email, push notifications, and paid media (TV, OOH, radio, digital).
- Driving user awareness, adoption, and engagement through testing, data insights, and creative storytelling.
- Collaborating with local market teams across seven countries to tailor campaigns and messages for regional relevance.
- Staying up to date with the product roadmap and proactively identifying communication opportunities.
- Bringing insights from users and competitors back to product teams to influence roadmap and priorities.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in B2C apps, marketplaces, or digital services.
- Proven track record in launching features and delivering successful product adoption campaigns.
- Deep understanding of highly competitive, fast-paced industries such as mobility, delivery, or e-commerce.
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional Product and Tech teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
