About our Growth Product team:

We're looking for a Web Analyst excited to help build the bank of the future. You'll have the opportunity to optimise the website and help us to build a bank that customers truly love.

At Monzo, we're building a bank that is fair, transparent and a delight to use. We’re growing extremely fast and have over 11 million customers in the UK. We’ve built a product that people love and more than 80% of our growth comes from word of mouth and referrals.

We have a strong culture of data-driven decision making across the whole company. And we're great believers in powerful, real-time analytics and empowerment of the wider business.

What you’ll be working on:

You will work together with data scientists, other analysts and analytics engineers as well as product managers, and engineers on powering our website. Our key goal is increasing volume whilst maintaining quality.

Your day-to-day:

You'll make sure we capture all important user actions on our website. Then, you'll turn this raw information into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards, highlighting key numbers like website visits, sales, how users engage, and how well our site's paths work.

We depend on good data, and you'll be its protector. You'll ensure our web analytics data is accurate, working closely with engineers to set up tracking correctly and fix any issues quickly.

You'll also keep our tracking plans and data definitions tidy and up-to-date.

You'll use advanced data skills to understand our organic search performance. This means turning complex information into clear ideas that improve our content, website tech, and link-building efforts. Think of yourself as the data guide, helping our teams get noticed more online, bring in more quality visitors, and make sure our content hits the mark in search results.

Your communication skills are key. You'll present complicated findings clearly to everyone, whether they're tech experts or not. Working smoothly with marketing and product teams, you'll turn their questions into smart data projects.

Plus, you'll stay on top of new trends in web analytics to keep us ahead.

How we work:

Our main tech hub is in London, but our data teams are based all over the UK — from Brighton to the Western Isles.

We love meeting in person, but there’s no pressure to come into the office, even if you’re nearby. You’ll do your best work where you feel most comfortable.

We value flexibility, connection, and wellbeing. You’ll have the freedom to work in a way that fits your life, whether that’s school drop-offs, avoiding rush hour, or making time for what matters most.

Work the way that works for you at Monzo! đź’Ľ
